The herringbone brick sidewalks of Georgetown’s quaint, tree-lined streets are met by rustling green leaves that pop against the stately red brick of the Federal-style row houses that have stood in the neighborhood since the early 1800s.

While the facades of Georgetown’s beautiful homes may give passersby candlelit visions of those who dwelled in them during America’s birth, the abodes have been lovingly ushered into modern times with thoughtful preservation of their historic architectural details.
